Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Bloody TP. help!?

Okay, So ive had tons of digestive issues. Had gallbladder removed, ulcers. Stomach pains in the past two weeks have started.. I never feel hungry usually always feel full even if I hadnt eaten in hours. Usually when i eat my food goes right through me.. It comes out as very very loose diarrhea almost watery. When I looked at the toilet paper there was quite a bit of blood and it was bright red. Im worried cause hemroids(sp?) are cause by constipation? or pushing to hard? So it makes me think it could be something other than a hemroid(sp?) I have an appt set up just kinda want to know what I could expect! He lppp. female; 18. 115lbs.

what kind of stool softner?

looking for a stool softener that DOES NOT have laxative in it. Do you know of one? I am having either an anal fissure or hemroid problem. Bleeding with each bowel movement and of course sore anus.

Colace is a good stool softener, and there are generic brands available with the same active ingredient for less than half the cost of the name brand. This is the stool softener that the doctor recommended for my mom. You might also use one of the fiber la xatives like metamucil. It isn’t a chemical laxative, just adds fiber to your diet which absorbs water and creates much softer stools. It also comes in a pill form now if you don’t like the taste or texture of the drinks.

i think i have pinworms.. last couple of times when i wiped i had black dots.. then it kinda went away and now i saw my poop had little white dots something like that.. and it itches after i poop.. but if i dont poop i dont really itch.. and usually goes away when i shower. i am scared and idk what the doctor will do to me… hopefully they dont have to see my behind! at first i thought it was hemorrhoids but now i dont know.. 😦 how do they check for worms and stuff? also i am embarrassed to tell all my family but i heard they have to take something too? they can be really mean and i know they will just make fun of me! 😥 anyways how do they check, and what medication do they give?

Hemorrhoids? Little confused.?

So apparently I might have a hemorrhoid. Confusing part is I’ve had it sense I was a little kid. Never hurts, never bleeds, never had any problems with it. Thought everyone’s *** hole had it. As I got older I came across; more often, porn like pictures. Turns out not every one has that. My mom said it’s a hemorrhoid, But I read up on it and none of which matches up with me. I don’t have chronic constipation or diarrhea, I’m not fat and eat healthy, not pregnant, the only thing that does make sense is that since I was a kid I loved sitting in the bathroom on the can for hours. I just enjoy the privacy. So Is that whats doing it? If so, how do I get ride o f it, am I going to die or will it get worse? I want it to go away with out seeing a doctor.

Are you familiar with Kegel exercises? They will help reduce the size of the hemorrhoid. If it doesn’t itch, hurt to go to the bathroom, or bleed, the hemorrhoid is harmless. If it starts to itch, try a suppository (like Preparation H). You are probably correct that your toileting habits as a child contributed to it. But the Kegel exercises (link listed below) will really help.

Bowel complications after my C section?

It is day 5 after my surgery.. and have had a horible day with my stomach and trying to have a bowel movement. I think I have some sort of hemroid , because it is very painful and bled a bit .. now I am having pain in my lower left side near the incision.. it is tender and sore but has not gotten really worse.. any thoughts? I dont know if I should call doc on this late sunday night.

My sympathies. The GI tract is usually messed up aft er abdominal surgery, even if it wasn’t involved. You may have developed a hemorrhoid during the pregnancy, being currently irritated by matters. Ideally you would have been given stool softener to go home with, to ease matters until you healed a bit more. If you don’t have them, then you should get some, Ducolox is sold over the counter and works quite well. For immediate relief of matters, you can use either the Tucks pads, or a cotton pad with witch hazel, patted right on the tush where it hurts. If you keep them in the fridge, it does wonders to put out the fire. Baby wipes are your best bet for personal cleaning, softer that dry paper and easier on the personality. The incision site sou
